The Brain and The Cell

"The Brain" was, for 1960, an innovative exhibit to show how the human brain works. You'll notice in the last 3 photos of The Brain that it came to Portage and was set up in the Building 41 warehouse. This local exhibition was in 1964. Another Upjohn innovation from that era was "The Cell" model. It spent time being displayed at various medical conventions and became an exhibit at the Chicago Science and Industry Museum.

The Cell

A follow-up to "The Cell" was this 1966 publication titled "Genes in Action".
